I vaguely recall posting this as a rumored upcoming anime some months back, but now it’s been officially confirmed by the ad slip on the newest volume - the light novel Ookami to Koushinryou (which translates to Wolf and Spice or Wolves and Spices) is being adapted into an anime.

The series, by author Isuna Hasekura (who won a Dengeki Novel Prize in 2005 for the novels) and illustrator Juu Ayakura, is already being adapted into a manga by Keito Koume, who drew the Kujibiki Unbalance manga (and some ero-manga as well - link usually NSFW).
