KYON FIGURE! KYON! FIGURE! KYOOOON!

Okay, honestly, I don’t quite get the “petit” Nendoroid line. They’re nendoroids, but smaller and with less stuff and honestly, not as nice looking. (Okay, I know, they’re cheaper– ¥500.)
But I don’t CARE. You know why? Because finally, FINALLY! The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya’s beleaguered narrator Kyon gets a figure. Even if it’s a cheap-ass mini-figure and his faces just don’t look quite right.
You can see the whole crew (except for Itsuki Koizumi, oddly) here (via Heisei Democracy). They’re due out in November, by the way.

I’ve been wondering where all the Kyon merch is.
Too bad it’s so ugly. Well, if it’s cheap enough, I’m in, purely on principle.
…The Lucky Star ep where they’re at Comiket (or suchlike) and the manga store guys are trying to pawn off their “crap” merchandise on the late-comer totally tore my heart out: I would kill for the Kyon and Sousuke phone cards!!! LOL the Sousuke with the bottle of water. (^_^ )
