Thoughts:
I admit it: I really like this show from the get-go. There’s nothing particularly original about it (except perhaps the use of succubi. And calling a dude a succubus. Dear Japan, male succubi are called incubi! Love, me). Also, any show that opens with a dude kicking a polar bear’s ass is gonna be good.
But I get the sense that this show will be a Just Fun show, which will be nice in the midst of all of the Anime is Serious Business feeling I’m getting from several other shows. Normally a main character like Mayu would be kind of irritating to me, but I really like her character design. A fussy, traditional type of guy like Ninomiya-kun isn’t usually my style either, but he’s also a badass, so I’m good with it.
Also, can I just say that I really like both Mayu’s older brother and Ninomiya’s older sister? Seriously. Would definitely have a threesome with them. I bet they’d be CRAZY in bed! ♥
…Yeah, it’s hard to write a serious review about a silly show. I think it’s going to be fun.
