Anime on DVD reports that Bandai Entertainment has acquired the rights to Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence, will be dubbing it with their usual GitS cast, and will release it on Blu-Ray as well as DVD. No date yet, but it sounds like it’ll probably be in ‘09.

P.S. Man, if one were ever able to pick up a wireless internet connection inside the BCC, I’d love to do blogging like this at Otakon. Alas, apparently the BCC isn’t equipped with wifi (or at the very least, you have to pay to use it…).

@Josh: it’s rude to point out a woman’s brainogrpahical errors! *fixes*
You have to pay for wifi at most of the cons; here at the Javits it’s particularly expensive– $70 for the weekend. (Sakura, by comparison, was like $10.95 a day.)
