ADV Joins Forces with the Roll…CrunchyRoll
Dated: 22 May 2008
Anime on DVD has a press release from ADV announcing that they’re going to work with CrunchyRoll, providing the first two episodes of Welcome to the N.H.K. (dub only), and two additional episodes each Thursday for the next five weeks. ADV has also arranged for retailers to carry the first three volumes of the series at 50% off.
Back with a bang, eh, ADV? Way to keep me on my toes!

Ah, I heard about this, but not the 50% off stuff. That’s…wow.
I was looking for a good reason to check out NHK since everyone I know has been telling me to check it out. I guess 50% off is a great reason.

@Chicken008: The release just says “select retailers.” I’d try ADV’s website first, then Anime Nation and Right Stuf.
AHTB: Sorry :/
