Some Anime Expo Planning

…What you see above is just a fraction of my schedule during Anime Expo. Yes, I’m going to go insane, but that’s okay, it’s the good kind.
Anyway, first off, don’t forget to leave your questions for the various companies and guests who will be at the con. I will do my damnedest to get things answered. (But protip: something like “go yell at ADV and make them tell you what’s going on!” is not likely to get much of a response.)
Second off: I know a lot of you are following my giapet twitter. I want to note that from now on, that twitter is being used for my friends and personal stuff only– you can follow it if you want (hey, some of our conversations are fun), but that’s NOT where I will twitter announcements.
Now, I’m hoping to have internet access so I can liveblog the panels as always. But if I can’t get access, look to the new twitter account, AnimeVice, for announcements. (It’s named for the new site I’m working on, since I’ll be using it for that eventually anyway.)
I repeat: DO NOT LOOK FOR ANNOUNCEMENTS ON THE GIAPET TWITTER. They’ll be on ANIMEVICE instead.
Now, it looks like I may have to miss Right Stuf’s panel in order to get my interview with FUNimation’s Gen Fukunaga in– but don’t worry, I’ve arranged to interview a Right Stuf rep the morning after their panel so I can still ask plenty of questions about their announcements. And I’ll nag someone to sit in on it and text me the announcements so I can get them up ASAP.
The other panels I will probably not be in personally (unless some god rearranges the schedule to my benefit) are Broccoli, Kadokawa, and ADV. (ADV is at the same time as Bandai Entertainment, which is incredible– but I think BEI will have more to say, honestly. I may change my mind based on what I hear at ADV’s “sneek” panel on Thursday and any other buzz, but we’ll see.) I’ll try and get friends to go to these so that I– and you –don’t miss a thing, however.
I’m also hoping to maaaybe get to talk to Hideyuki Kikuchi and Shokotan– but no promises there.

Since you probably won’t be at ADV’s panel, you can’t ask when will Yotsuba& come out…
GL with Shokotan/Kikuchi interviewz. Just don’t ask about the Akiba nerdrampage because I’m sure every OTHER person will be asking it >_>

If only to “irritate” ADV some more, ask about Kanon volume 6.

Make sure that when you interview Kikuchi, you ask about his greatest and most beloved works. I of course am speaking of Wicked City and Demon City Shinjuku.

Oh, you’re skipping ADV for Bandai too? Guess I’ll see you there. I assume this means you’re not going to VIZ, TOKYOPOP, or the FUNimation panels?

@Icy: I didn’t mention them because I was talking about the ones I WON’T be at ;) And that image is, as I said, only a small chunk of my schedule. (I can’t give away ALL of my to-dos– it’d make life too easy for my stalkers.)
@Kuro: Yeah, standing in lines sure does make for a crazy day, hooboy…
