AX08: Ouran Host Club Panel w/Cast Announcement!
Well, here I am waiting for the Host Club panel to start– it might be a little late, they’re not eve letting people in yet. This room is HUUUUUUUUUUGE. I’m desperately charging my laptop off to the side; at least the Internet works. I think I’m just gonna hang out here instead of up front, since I need to leave early and I don’t want to run out of power in VIZ. I need a new laptop battery, by the way, mine is seriously uber-failing.
They’re letting people in now (11:35am). Hurry up, man, I only have like 15, maybe 20 minutes tops!
I’m definitely going to be late to VIZ– 11:45am and they still haven’t started.
11:49am: The audience is singing the Sailor Moon theme song (English ver.) o_O;
11:50am: We’re starting! FINALLY! The host for the panel is ADR director Caitlin Glass, who is (of course) directing the Ouran dub.
Anyway! Here’s the list of characters I expect to see cast announcements for, plus the cast to date (after the –). I’ll fill it in as we hear it (And for you desperate types– I did just see Vic, and I think I saw Greg Ayres earlier too, though all I really caught was a flash of pink hair).

ANN says it’s Todd Haberkorn, and they say it for Hikaru, not Kaoru (they say Kaoru is Greg Ayres). At least according to the encyclopedia page for the series.
And they have J. Michael Tatum instead of Taylor

I really believe that they have chosen the worst choices for this anime. Love Vic in what fits him, but Tamaki? Captain short as TAMAKI? WHAT? AND HARUHI’S VOICE ACTRESS?? Do the casting directors have cancerous tumors in their brains? I believe they have truly ruined what could have been a great dub….
