There’s no way to do a more accurate title for this post, alas, because there are no details. But over at Destructoid, Brad has spotted word that a new Gyakuten Saiban (Phoenix Wright) project is in the works, and it happens to involve special illustrations and voice recording. And it’s not a game.

Now, in all likelihood, that sounds ilke an anime, doesn’t it? Sure, there are other possibilities: a drama CD with a special book, or maybe a mobile manga with some voice acting (a la TOKYOPOP’s iManga), or whatever other clever things Capcom could come up with.

…But…it seems to me that a lot of people have wanted a Phoenix Wright anime for a long time…so that’s where my money would be. If I were the betting sort.

When you see a troupe of Wright cosplayers at ever anime con - and there is no anime you should probably make one imho.
