‘Gurren Lagann 101′: Maybe Viral Can Teach Math
I can’t believe this hasn’t been posted anywhere yet (except, I hear tell, 4chan): according to the official Gurren Lagann movie website, a new TTGL manga is in the works and is going to run in Comp Ace. It’s title? Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagan: Gurren Gakuen Edition. In other words, it’s the TTGL kids attending school together. Which should be interesting! Will Kamina just be a punk, or maybe he’ll be some kind of zany principal? Hmm…
Anyway, the manga is going to start in October, and will be drawn by Kabao Kikkawa, who mostly does hentai manga (but did also do one that was merely ecchi titled Hanna of the Z). Oh, and Kikkawa was apparently involved in that Yoko MUGEN thing from so long ago now.

I’d think Lord Genome would be the principal. Kamina and Yoko should be teachers, especially with Yoko already having been one.
I don’t know how this will go, but I’m looking forward to checking it out.
