Stan Lee’s Japan Project #3
Sorry I don’t have time to make this all pretty (gotta pack up and ship out from Otakon), but! Some of you may remember that during VIZ’s Shonen Jump panel at San Diego Comic Con, Stan Lee appeared, and I managed to ask him about Hero-Man (his upcoming anime project with BONES, unrelated to his upcoming manga project with Shueisha, ULTIMO).
He dropped the tidbit that he had a third Japan-related project in the works, but couldn’t tell us anything about it…but now he’s updated the POW! website (POW! being his production company) with news of the third project: it’s titled Quartz, and will be an anime produced by GDH (Gonzo’s parent company). To find the news, since the POW! site is all flashy, hit “Characters” and then “Animated TV Shows/Series.”
But that’s all we know about it: it’ll be a TV series. No story, characters, dates, genres, etc. But it’s Stan Lee, so we’ll definitely hear more about it eventually.
