New Beyblade Series Due This Summer
anime!anime! reports that a new Beyblade series is due out this summer. You may remember the show as “that kids’ series with the spinning top things” or, alternately, “that show whose name sounds kinda badass but actually isn’t” (or is that just me?).
Anyway! The franchise has been off the airwaves since Beyblade G-Revolution (which sounds like an action/porno) finished in December ‘03, but Takara Tomy just announced that a new season, heretofore unnamed, will air starting this August.
