ADV Correction: Robotech, Council Still On, 5cm Still Off

ANN got a correction today from ADV, who now declare that its Best Student Council and Robotech releases are still on the map. Which leaves the two discontinued series being 5 Centimeters per Second and Innocent Venus.

Now, I liked Student Council and all, but somehow this seems like the reverse of what I would have expected.

  • Japan Probe asks today’s most pressing question in jpop: Did Ayumi Hamasaki have an abortion?
  • For those of you who favor spending your time on something a little less tabloid-y, ADV has the first episode of Innocent Venus online at IGN.
  • Aaaand finally, Otakon has announced their 2008 dates, August 8 to 10, which is a bit more spaced out from Anime Expo (and presumably from Comic Con as well), which will be a relief for hardcore con-goers and the companies who pimp their wares at them, no doubt.
